Battling Time in All Sorts of Interesting Ways: Writing Roundup #13

Hello readers!

As you can probably guess, I’ve been really busy over the last few months…and it’s unlikely that’ll change. 😅

There never seems to be enough time to do it all.

So much has happened.

I’ve been trying to make enough time for reading and book reviews; sometimes I still feel like I’m falling behind!

But the outside world is an impossibly intriguing place…one I really enjoy exploring these days.

So, if you haven’t been following my writing journey on Twitter lately, I’ve decided to put The Death Club series on hold and focus on starting where it all began—with the 99% Dark series.

(And I’m not completely sure I’ll keep that series name yet, but I do feel like it was a move I had to make.)

Working full-time at my office day job and managing chronic illness are certainly huge hurdles for my creative aspirations all on their own. What I would love—more than almost anything—is to make writing replace my full-time sources of income.

Ah, dreams are sweet.

That being said, I’m one determined fucker.

My goal for 2019 is to write at least the first drafts for three books.

But…

(And…yup. In my utter enthusiasm, I totally splashed tea all over my monitor while writing this blog post.)

Oh, and if you’re interested: I recently started a monthly newsletter about my writing journey and some insight into my life. You can sign up for it here. I plan to host some cool giveaways for my subscribers pretty soon!
